  Please pay online using credit card or print the invoice to mail a check to the MHHA Office.

MHHA suggests using certified mail or Post Office Form 3817 "Certificate of Mailing", but only if the receipt for mailing bears a Post Office postmark. To assure proper postmark if mailing at or near deadline, we suggest having the post office hand stamp your entry,
