Attention Horsemen: The draw for Friday, January 12 and Saturday, January 13, both cancelled for weather, will be transferred to this week Thursday, January 18 and Friday, January 19. Race order and post position will not change. 

Due to the adverse weather causing unsafe conditions, and in the interest of the health and safety of the horses and racing personnel, it is ordered that live racing is cancelled at Northville Downs on Friday, January 12, 2024.

Draw change. NORTHVILLE DOWNS will conduct a double draw on Monday 1/15 for Thursday 1/18 and Friday 1/19 race nights.

To allow Horsemen to attend the Annual Meeting and Banquet the race date has been moved from Saturday, January 20, 2024 to Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Northville Downs will host qualifiers for the upcoming January 2024 meet on 12/28/23 with entries taken 12/27/23, the draw will be at noon and qualifiers will be held at 11:00 AM.

Please join us for a memorial race in honor of Ron Merritt at Northville Downs on Saturday, November 18th. 

Our offices will be closed November 23 - 24 and December 22 - January 1 to allow our staff to spend time with family this holiday season.

MDARD has approved a request to extend race dates at NVD.

The MHHA Board is reviewing the colt stakes program structure. Please take a couple of minutes to complete the survey below, your opinion is important to us. The options below are for discussion purposes for the MHHA Board, these options have not been discussed with or approved by MDARD committee, but your feedback will be taken into consideration of the final program proposal. Survey will end on September 11.
